A downloadable game for Windows

My first game made in Unreal Engine — developed in just one week as part of a university project.

Field Fight is a fast-paced third-person action prototype where you face off against relentless waves of enemies in an open battlefield. With each wave, the number of enemies increases, putting your reflexes, strategy, and movement skills to the test.

This short project was focused on learning core Unreal Engine tools such as:

  • Blueprint scripting for AI behaviour and wave spawning

  • Basic combat mechanics (attack, health, hit detection)

  • Environment design for open-field encounters

  • Iterative playtesting and balance under time constraints

🔹 Goal: Survive as long as you can against ever-growing enemy waves.
🔹 Theme: Simple combat, escalating difficulty, and learning-by-doing.
🔹 Built with: Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints only)

As a first dive into Unreal development, this game helped me understand the foundations of gameplay scripting, enemy systems, and rapid prototyping. Feedback is welcome!
